Currently they are on a whole New Level, they are Strongest "Ever" (Aside from Final Villains & Joy Boy maybe)
Only One who can Rival them is most probably Dragon

It's No Coincidence they are only Top Tiers shown in East Blue Saga & were put in Reserve for entire Story until Final Saga started.
