I'll try to get my thoughts on it and share with you in pm. It might too much of a text wall to ve posted here. As someone who links Success with some form of Leadership (its not about one I/Me), success is a pretty complicated thing to express.
Definitely, agreed!
I think building a bright, disciplined, healthy, secure future for my kids kids kids is much more important, if someone cares about that stuff.
@Blother Fertitta ON THE OTHER HAND, It would be cool to be the badass of some sport and be recognized as a football or basketball legend and be remembered forever.

Yeah, I respect people like Ronaldo, Ali, Tyson, Khabib, and Elon
First four will be known as the GOATs of their sport but people like Edison, Einstein, Elon will cement themselves into history for being the pioneers of human innovation

I think for me it would end up depending on whether I end up with a family (spouse and kids) or not though both have an element of inner personal peace and contentment.
If I don't have a family it would be that feeling of contentment in the moment with leaving as little room for regrets as possible
If I did have a family it would be leaving future generations of mine with a solid foundation and knowing that they'll be ok even if I'm not there
