Rocbouquet has the ability to charm and control men, the amazons also exist in this game.
And then we have this guy.

His name is Noel, he's a noble swordsman and Rocbouquet's brother.

Koby was focused on something else when she tried the get the drop on him. He had a shock face hence the question mark and bb as a result intercepted her because she was distracted trying to hit koby thay was distracted on his men turned to stone lol.
