Powerscaling based on feats is stupid shit.

If we base powerscaling on feats, Lucci > Kizaru since Lucci one shot Sentomaru and lasted longer against Gear 5 Luffy.

However, we all know that Kizaru > Lucci because of narrative.

It's the narrative that determines the powerscaling and not the feats.

That's why admirals = yonko is wack in the first place when the narrative is putting the yonko above the admirals (WSC, WSM, WSS, JoyBoy, Shanks, multiple devil fruit eater) and Oda has already introduced the Gorosei who are stronger than the admirals.

Luffy didn’t even use ACOC on Lucci.

Lucci never even damaged Luffy while Kizaru clearly did.

Lucci lasted one chapter while Kizaru fought Luffy for 3-4.

What are you waffling about, by feats Kizaru is easily clear

Finally someone gets it. One Piece fights and strengths are solely determined by the narrative flow. Feats are wholly irrelevant and should be treated as nothing more than eye candy or convenience.
