All It would have taken was to remember that even Kinemon didn't react for a whole fucking arc in front od the treasure of Wano. And Zoro used It literally in front of him:

The agenda Is supposing the Scrabbards had to see a not-Shusui BB that was never used and they barely saw in one scene. Ant that if they didn't, It Isn't One.
By the same logic Shusui wasn't One for 50 chapters, and was Shusui, and was used in front of Kinemon multiple times.
