It's funny cuz people in China calling Speed a "monkey" is not even an insult, it's a compliment in fact. It's basically calling Speed "Sun Wukong" lol. And Speed is a Luffy fan and even cosplays as Luffy multiple times before.

Oh yeah I think I've seen a pic of him as Luffy before, that does make it even more fitting then haha. It's more of a western especially American thing to call Black people as monkeys and thus in a racist way ofc.
