Loki has a bit more edge to him, but he’s not an enemy. Everything we know about him points to him being an ally and friend

C) her power could destroy FI, but was not the power.

Here we have appartely Loki that just out of pure chance got exactly the power described as the one capable of destorying Erbaf.

We don’t know why Loki wants to end the world, but it’s not far off from Luffy being prophecized to destroy FI. But Luffy was still the hero of fishman island.

Loki was already called a good person and is connecting with Luffy and being friendly with one another. He’s not a villain.

The difference is that Luffy would have never done what Loki tried to do when he was trying to get free.

Anyway, we'll see. Imho, Loki will go clearly villian in the moment he Is free.
