Based on PH's unnatural climate right?
It's a cool idea although personally I'm hoping that will be the peak of his regular fruit power, with logia awakening being something else.
Because we did have Ace stopping snowfall on Drum Island by being there, Croc's defeat causing rainfall in Alabasta etc.
So it always seemed to me that PH was just the logical peak of this logia property, with the Admirals being so strong that they simply caused exponentially more change than weaker users.
Personally for awakening specifically I kinda want paramythia and logias to share an inverse relationship, with awakened Paras being like logias (Doffy).
Whereas awakened Logia would grant the user a more specialized power like a paramythia.
So in Kuzan's case, his Hie Hie awakening could result in him getting access to a single limited non-elemental freezing power....like say freezing time for 10 seconds.
