I’m not shocked. The entire industry is different now. You won’t find many shonens hit the chapter numbers of the big 3 cause typically most Shonen are aimed to be done in half the time. Plus the big 3 were constantly aired on tv cause rather than anime being seasonal, it was consistently being produced weekly (even with filler) so they never left the audience minds. This let them get overwhelmingly popular to a level we’ll probably never see again
Demon Slayer, Black Clover, MHA, Dandadan, Blue Lock....in 10 years these shows will be forgotten

Oda stop blueballing us on Perona.
This should not constitute as human :willight:
Reminds me of that Eugenia Cooney, which is even worse than this. Absolutely sickening. Its a complete miracle she should even be alive imo.

But then again that's also just how Oda draws the waist of OP women /s.

I know that's Christian Bale for The Machinist film, when he lost that extreme amount of weight for the role but imo that's going way too far, far too much method acting or w/e like Jared Leto and his "creative stunts". It could have almost become dying for your art almost literally for Christian there.

They do make some good points, most gym goers like the rest of the population are completely clueless about diet
Hitting “muh protein” macros is retarded, eating gummy bears with MUH x grams of proteins and carbs is beyond stupid.
Steroid users are terminally ill, they have severe psychological issues that may never resolve, and worse most of them technically cannot be called men anymore
Dumb natural gym goers who follow mainstream bodybuilding diet, which is rice and chicken, are equally as dumb as the steroid users.

Imo, if you don’t know how to eat properly (a topic by itself), you’re better off not going to the gym to voluntarily to cause stress to your body while dehydrating yourself chronically
And if you do, probably don’t overdo it

What would say constitutes eating properly? Like getting a balanced diet, eating smaller meals more often etc? Any good way to gain more knowledge about that sort of thing.

100% seconded on the point re: dehydration and overdoing things, I fainted in an elevator after working out last month because I'd been pushing myself too much without taking proper care.

I'm legit unsure if that's even a serious sub, lots of the top posts are just satire like thus lol:

But then also they have some bizarre apparently serious ones like the one you've shared.

I guess it must have started out satirical before getting coopted by more "standard" Reddit types.

It's funny how many advocate for a diet that led to Nordic countries having a life expectancy of 50 back in the day, except worse as at least Nordics back then ate Potato and Wheat with Proteins
