Agreed, but Egghead should've been Franky and Robin's development arc, and Elbaf should be Usopp and Sanji's. Instead, Usopp is just bumming around and getting drunk. I mean ffs, Franky's back remains his main vulnerability, and he was on an island filled with cyborgs and the most brilliant minds in the world, and yet he barely interacts with Vegapunk at all beyond simping and all that we get out of that is a useless message and the revelation that Vegapunk is not only a scumbag, but a naive one at that. And Vegapunk, who is supposed to be doing research on the Void Century, offers Robin nothing of value. Heck, not even Chopper gets anything despite Vegapunk probably having the most advanced med tech in the world.

Like you mentioned Robin advancement via intel. Franky advancement via "green blood as an alternative for his cola for a franky boost". "Cybenetic enhancements for franky". Sanji could have gotten another type of raid suit from vegapunk. Like a suit thats reminiscent to the design of sora showing sanjis opposition to the germa.
Chopper could have gotten a buff in devil fruit awakening by being revealed by vegapunk that choppers fruit is not a regular human human fruit. Chopper could have also gotten advancements in medicine "like you stated" which would have been an important plot point for him to go back to wano to help the smile users negatively affected by the smile fruit. Hell even brook could havw gotten an upgrade in Egghead since again Egghead was also about devil fruit awakening. Could have had brook get a better understanding of his fruit as well as bring the tie in between music and the heart beat of of the drums of liberation needed for luffy to go g5.
To add SWORD not going to Egghead was a piss poor decision by oda. Especially when hibari was show using vegapunk flower bullets shown in the cover story. Now imagine:
Perfected Light Saber sword for tashigi which helps her compensate for her lack of attack power. Added with her fighting style of already having basic observation and armament haki as well as a few rokushiki techniques makes her more formidable. Or helmeppo getting a devil fruit in his dual knives to also compensate for his lack of power added with his basic observation and armament haki with his rokushiki. Or hibari getting upgraded bubble guns used in Egghead to shut down devil fruit users along with her basic haki and rokushiki (assumingly). Or grus and kujaku getting info on devil fruit awakening added with their observation and armament haki as well as rokushiki (assumingly).

Also BRUH, thats a great point too! Kaido's crew had a ton of diversity! Kaido should have beat his racist ass! I expected CP0 to try and kill Who's Who and even succeed but now we should have had a funny moment of WsW running away from an enraged Kaido and also CP0 trying to kill him and maybe Jack and Sasaki lmao. Maybe I'll make a script out of that haha.
