Im not talking about being named attacks Im talking about literally Power used. Whitbeard used his devil fruit to his highest lvl, Aokiji and Garp they physical Power to the highest lvl. Loki was base form only used 1 of his 2 elements after he just ate the fruit 2min ago, thats like the lowest lvl attack Loki has. its basically just his lightning Power+ acoc, without any of his Dragon physical Powers

Zoro vs Super Sommers. I fail to understand why this ideology even remotely a bad thing especially when giant luffy using g5 and zoan loki couldnt take Super Sommers down. So literally if Super Sommers took two attacks from two acoc users in their top forms and was not able to be defeated but is instead defeated by zoro , it would imply zoros feat is higher than loki and g5 luffy in that moment
