that where your argument fall apart of can something be portrayed as near equal but also have far worse feats? its not even a "1 person did not go all out" scenario its straight up all of them did go all out and we can perfectly compare.
The same way Kaido has more feats than Big Mom and still, they're portrayaled as equals
