Luffy already faced awakened paramecia-users in Doffy and Katakuri, I hope Super Sommers is awakened and we see Zoro tasked with dealing with that. Aside from that, I feel like it would just be a straight forward fight of Zoro overcoming Sommer's offence and defenses though I guess that would still be the case. I like his fruit so far, barriers, thorn dragon, thorn launcher, I hope we get some more cool stuff while there's a chance.
As for Sanji, Zaza seems quite powerful and it's water vs fire, so I'd love to see some large scale flames. Hopefully Killingham can fight well in close quarters, we didn't see much from him in that regard so far despite the trident. Super Sommers at least had good enough armament to block Gaban at one point, I'd like to see where Killingham is as far as haki goes (and with the Omen boost, whether their haki is stronger).
I'm hoping these fights end up good even beyond Zoro and Sanji overcoming the immortality. Zoro facing a strong opponent who he's probably already stronger than isn't bad especially if this is him consciously applying and refining his ACoC, and for Sanji, this is a great time for him to prove himself and display CoC and ACoC in the first place to put Killingham away for good unlike prior. I'm always excited to see match-ups from these two, so I hope Oda dedicates a decent amount of time to these fights.
