If Ragnir knew Nika, and possibly Joy Boy, and Luffy can talk to Ragnir, like he can communicate with most animals...

Can Ragnir teach Luffy how to use his powers better? Since he would know about them from the past?

If that's the case maybe we'll see Luffy share his powers with others the way Imu is with the God's Knights.

Because Eiichiro Oda's writing manages to be surprisingly worse than Masashi Kishimoto's.
What shit writing it will be if Dragon, the most passive character in the series, possesses this power. He let Goa burn and watched from afar to farm aura, and went years without invading Mariejois, which even a fishman at Kanjurou's level invaded, just to sit around scratching his balls in his office.
