Before Oda retconned on HK regen worked, it was entirely feasible that the HKs could give the Wings trouble despite being much weaker by just being really hard to put down.

No one can predict everything that would happen because of Imu BS powers, but I don't understand how you can clown people who understood the dynamics, when you had people who thought Imu would arrive on Elbaf through a vessel, and be upstaged by Shamrock, as the leader of the operation, with 2 new gods knights for Zoro and Sanji to fight. Obviously the main villain would be introduced last, especially right before the flashback about him

If their regen always worked like magnetism, then Super Sommers’s hand that got clean off by Gaban would’ve just reattached. Instead we saw him regrowing his hand.

I don’t know why you as a Sanji fan would even want his IJ kick on Killingham to have been coated in ACoC. It’d be pretty bad for Sanji if his first usage of ACoC was given such little emphasis, and him not having ACoC yet just means he has even more room to grow.
