To this day one of the most awful examples of Toei's weird Zoro obsession ever. Like, its not even the fault of the guy who did the subtitles. In Toei Land, the context made the translation correct........because Toei changed the whole damn scene to jerk off Zoro and focus solely on him while Marco said the line. It was even worse than when they bizarrely tried to shove Zoro into Kid and Law's moment on the roof, when they knocked BM off the edge (which didn't even make sense, since Zoro already HAD a role in that plan.......WHICH HE WAS SUPPOSED TO BE DOING AT THE SAME TIME AS TOEI HAD HIM RUNNING OVER AND "HELPING" KID AND LAW. Whoever made THAT call was genuinely braindead.).
At least in THAT scene Toei didn't actively try abd pretend Zoro was by far the most important guy involved. They just tried to make it seem like he was just as useful as Kid and Law were in that moment and make him the last character we saw in the episode......which is incredibly dumb (and honestly feels like an insecure fangirl wrote it. Lol. Like whoever came up with that scene couldn't bear the thought of him taking the backseat for even a second), as Zoro already had plenty of moments to shine, and was also still being useful in his own way......but its not AS bad as the Sanji scene. Just eye roll worthy.
