Naruto should have learned more Wind Style Jutsu than just Rasenshuriken
Him focusing on learning Rasenshuriken doesn't really make sense anyways because the reason why he was training was to get strong enough to bring Sasuke back. He can't use Rasenshuriken on Hebi Sasuke because Hebi Sasuke is super dead if it lands

It's pretty funny that there's just no explanation for Hidan having his jashin powers or really what's up with even that religion in general. If it weren't for Asuma dying, you could probably watch that arc and think it was actually filler

There's literally no reason for Naruto to not learn some basic wind slash jutsu other than Kishimoto not wanting to expand his kit. The Rasenshuriken was a super difficult to learn S rank jutsu that even Minato couldn't master, so learning a basic, B rank wind slash jutsu would have been a cakewalk. He had to slash through an entire waterfall during his training anyways. Also, why couldn't he learn a Wind Clone Jutsu? We know the elements have their own shadow clone variants. They could launch wind slashes when destroyed, like how Kakashi's lightning clones zap their targets
It's a shame that Naruto didn't get along with Lord Shimura, he could have learned some more Wind Style jutsu from him

It's pretty crazy how Naruto and Danzo never even met, despite living in the same village of a few thousand people or so. Though I guess how it highlights how low of a presence Danzo keeps.
Also yeah, not sure why Naruto didn't get highlighted more with his element, though I guess Rasengan+Shadow clones is just too iconic. Still, if he came into part 2 with some wind stuff, I'd imagine it would be the same.

What are your thoughts on Danzo confirming that some random twink in a crop top is stronger than Neji?
I don't have strong feelings either way, Neji himself is not impressive in part 2, but I wouldn't be surprised if he could beat Kazekage rescue arc Naruto or Sai.

@soupongo Ngl it’s kinda annoying when Nardo fanboys act like you’re crazy for questioning if Nardo truly surpassed Kakashi in the Akatsuki Suppression arc. You can definitely make a narrative argument for it, but Kakashi just has way better feats. It’d hard to imagine that fight playing out, and Naruto actually winning without massive amounts of PIS. We all know that Naruto’s win over Kakuzu was total bs (who did he even sneak behind him with the Rasenshuriken when it’s supposed to be loud af?). It’s hard to imagine Naruto actually landing Rasenshuriken on Kakashi. It’s highly telegraphed, and requires Naruto to get in melee range for it to land. Worst case scenario, Kakashi can just Kamui it away if it’s about to land
That version of Naruto is kinda hard to scale because how much Kyuubi chakra are we willing to give him? When he’s just flaring red chakra, he’s angry but still in control. He gets a bit more feral when manifesting 1 tail, but can still control himself. He starts to struggle with controlling himself when he manifests 2 tails. If we give him access to 1 tail of Kyuubi chakra, then I guess he can beat Kakashi
