Main reason why the OPLA actually succeeded is because, unlike most other live actions, it actually had something to offer that the source material didn’t. It’s a vastly abridged telling of an extremely bloated story. Meanwhile the Avatar live action has nothing new to offer and is just a worse, less visually pleasing telling of the story
Sanji still has an extreme diff with Queen, he only beat him after the floorboard of the castle gave away his position, other than that Queen was wrecking Sanji. Big Mom slapped Queen twice and beat him, Kaidou takes Sanji down with one shot using his base form, with Haki.
Kaidou took down Zoro and Law with one shot, with Law being worth 3B in bounty, simply the biggest and most beautiful speedblitz in the series, even now after Wano Law has no way to deal with Kaidou's Haki and his speedblitz, even with Kaidou warning he's gonna attack him, walking right up to him, he can't do anything, that's how Kaidou reigns supreme.
Hajrudin lost to a single punch from base Luffy in Dressrosa, the same Luffy that Kaidou beats with a single hit.
Buffed Nika loses to non-nerfed Kaidou, who's spending billions of tons of durability holding up an island the entire time.
Old Gaban is a fly and Kaidou is the fly swatter, let's put it that way, Old Gaban showed pitifully low durability, he got beaten by attacks that Kaidou brushes his teeth with in the morning, both old Garp and old Gaban proved they're terrible in durability, and putting them up against the most durable being in the world isn't even a little funny, are you trying to get them killed?
If you gather up all the old men in One Piece and put them against Kaidou, the only thing you'll get is an early funeral and the old guys losing their retirement after death.
