In a game with Poisoner Mafia, the Town Healer is probably a guaranteed and Unique role. Pot's claim wasn't counter claimed - which makes me believe he's town.

Yes, if POT was last in the POE I would lynch him, but considering that claim I need a good reason.

I could see scum team having a healer if there is an indie poisoner though, which fits the flavour here (Caesar, Vinsmokes).
