News One Piece will be going on a 1 month hiatus

So are we just assuming there’s gonna be a timeskip involved?? Honestly, makes as much sense now as it did the last time…just have to hope what comes after is handled a little better than before. Still, it’ll be interesting to see how the end of Wano (one or two more chapters after 1052?) dovetails into whatever comes next, but it’s gonna be a cold and furious winter during the month of July :peperain:
Last time skip happened because the crew was still too weak and got wiped out.
Right now we're on the aftermath of having defeated 2 yonko so i doubt another time skip would be justified.

If there’s no timeskip - and you’re right, there doesn’t need to be one - then I hope the first four or five chapters after the break are like the Reverie, we gotta see what’s going on in the world now that Luffy’s fucked everybody’s shit up :luuh:

That'll probably happen anyway, maybe not straight up 5 chapters but if this is the final saga then Oda's gotta continue building up what's going on with Sabo, Vivi, the SSG, Caribou and other important stuff.

No way another time skip happens. Blackbeard, Mihawk, Sabo, and the Government's new weapon are all making moves. It's full speed ahead
I don't think so either, but who would've thought that Oda just pulls a 7 day timeskip immediately after the conclusion of Luffy vs Kaido out of his ass?

He skipped a ton of points (dawn happening, Kiku mourning the loss of Izou, Hiyori/Momo reunion etc.).
