I appreciate that Tashigi dream basically has it own manga now. A darker take on it and the MC is apparently base off of Zoro. So Tashigi x Zoro 4 the win!

O-Kiku looks better than 80% of all female characters. Well, unfortunately she now only has one arm.
At this point, let us not forget what an asset York is. Vicious and delicious.

She is absolutely nasty, selfish and conniving. Monet was evil too, but only out of gratitude and devotion to her captain. Pudding and Black Maria also only acted in the interests of their captains. And even Big Mom showed positive sides. But York clearly stands out. You could say she is unique in that regard.
