Warcury has shown creater durability than Kaido indeed. But we know that's only one of Kaido's stats. He also has incredible endurance and offensive stats, including high level CoC. Luffy has yet to smack Warcury (or any other elder) with ACoC amped attacks. of which Kaido took a shit load. Like no selling an ACoC KKG with his Boro Breath exploding in his mouth while already heavily fatigued.

He had BM another durability beast right there with Kaido .
In some ways BM might have been a bigger durability beast cause i doubt she would get cut by the scabbards .
Still that would be up for debated but this shonen and having one of the end game bosses up scale kaido was coming lol .
I guess the ace still hasn't done his move yet. It's just a matter of time until Katakuri appears again and negs his enemies with a huge ACoC blast, have a clash with Shiryu and Kuzan, then rescues Pudding.

People like to pretend that Kaido only had durability going for him when in reality he was pretty much the pinnacle in every stat across the board, and I personally still believe Warcury's toughness is centered around his head, but we'll see I guess.
I mean if the whole world knows the most important parts of the void century from Vegapunk than Robins importance for WG sinks... like the rest of the world
