If Oda decides to have Luffy take on Kaido and have the rest of the straw hat crew fight Big Mom, I can see Zoro being the one to land the finishing blow.
Remember how back in Thriller Bark Franky designed those steel nunchucks which he implanted into stone pillars and then Zoro implanted his swords into them and used those nunchucks to hit Oars ?
I think while he was designing Kaido killing weapons, Franky designed a similar weapon using seastone pillars.
I think he’ll try to use these against Big Mom but fail. Zoro will then use Ryou to pierce the pillarnunchuks with his swords. And then he will use Ryou or maybe just regular COA on the pillarnunchuks and then smash them on Big Mom’s head with all of his strength. This will knock her out and she will later revert to O-Lin (possibly permanently).
