No, you don't understand anything because you're a brute and certainly expected to find such idiocy of an answer once I saw you quoted me; no surprise you brought up a gag scene with serious intent.

All Blue was brought up again in Whole Cake arc during the flashbacks in the fight between Luffy and Sanji. And yes, it's the strongest argument because it's pure romance in a story about romance; in this kind of story, nothing represents a strong will better than wanting to find a legendary sea that everybody mocks you for.

PD: Sanji isn't the most and best developed character in history, but he's way more preferred by Oda as a writer over your green-haired fetish. Not even a competititon how less he cares in comparison.
