How soon can Ouki finish off Kanmei in your opinion.?

Riboku had far much experienced Generals by his side in Shukai Plains whereas Ousen only had new Generation who had yet to experience a war of such scale.
Less than the time it was going to take for him to finish of Houken at Bayou, so however long that was minus a good minutes from that time.

But Riboku's spanking of Ousen had nothing to do with the experience of generals, but Riboku's personal strategies:

-> He took out Makou with his own tactic, not due to some gap between his or Ousen's general.
-> He took negated Ousen's tactics that Akou was using the moment he saw them, then had Bananji go and counter them. Going further, even planned the take down of Akou by using Bananji & Gyou'un.
-> Ousen's entire plan from the very start of the Shukai plains battle was to put Riboku in a pincer. Riboku proceeded to put Ousen himself in a pincer, where Bananji was only minutes away from cutting the man down. Then Ousen was saved by those "far less experienced" of the new generation that Ousen had, twice at that.

None of those had anything to do with who had the most experienced generals, but simply about who was able to out perform the other in tactics. Heck the only reason Ousen even won is because of the fact that Ousen had the surprise factor of three individuals who were blooming to new heights during the battle, thus Riboku not being able to strategize for them properly. Where as the Zhao side was the same as they were day 1.

Especially on Hara's end with Houken being at 100 & Kanmei being at 99
Really weird mental gymnastics as Ouki’s strength stat is beneath both of them lol.

There is no reason to believe that Kanmei doesn’t have the Great General factor considering that he is a bonafide Great General. Really the only character in the series the Weight bullshit won’t apply to is Houken. Even Gyou’Un and Garyuu had weight on par with Renpa and Ouki.

Let us not forget that Kanmei was known for one shotting one of Ouki’s peers in his youth, before he was even a Great General. Ouki is not the strongest fighter in this matchup, Kanmei would crush him 1v1.

I'll admit that Riboku pulled a really sneaky on Qin here.

Imagine pulling such feats with any less of a Generals. Just having a great pair of skills doesn't mean you win. You have to have resources enough to execute them too.

The only reason Riboku lost was he never considered the growth potential of these new generation Trio. I'm not undervaluing them here.

I don't see how one can say Kanmei doesn't have a Great General of the Heavens tier despite when he died that pretty much was the turning point of Kankoku Pass as well as being granted the right to commence war with his speech at Kankoku Pass. Apart from Kouen, maybe Karin, and probably some unknown Chu General in the future, he was the best Chu got.
