As much as i wanted to say Ouki takes this but can't. Damn Renpa takes this with high diff at most.
The four heavenly kings are damn too strong/nuisance (for Genpo). Ouki in comparison got the best reply in form of two only, Tou and Rokuomi.
There's is no way Ryoukaku can handle Genpo while anyone could hold KyouEn. Though definitely Tou can defeat Kaishiboi and Rokuomi vs Rinko could go either way but till these two battles get finished, Renpa would've crushed Ouki's HQ with KyouEn.
At most in duel, i think Ouki can definitely take down Renpa with extreme diff but than again KyouEn won't be letting this happen and archers are worst nuisance in duels (like Rokuomi vs Rinbunkun).
