Sanyou terrain plays too much into Ou Sen's favour for him not to win it.
On open plains like Shukai, this becomes a different equation.

Aren't they both Riboku's bitches?But SHK is the better general for now. They're basically equivalents of each other strategically, as represented by their intel growth in stats with 99 too + their strats playing off of each other's. But there's big difference in Martial capability or rather willingness.
Ousen multiple times has been fucked up primarily due to Riboku's willingness to go to the frontlines. You're now adding a monster who has martial feat equivalent to Yotanwa's...who also can match Ousen strategically. Ousen would rather stand in place watch his underlings get chopped up left and right, than use his martial might to make impact.
SHK will beat him 10/10 times. Only an all rounder with much more experience than him like Tou can beat him... or somebody like Riboku who is just a much better strategist.
Other than those 2 + Kouen. SHK is the top dog in China, unless Ousen changes his mentality and starts showing he belongs to the Ou family.
