Zoro uses Daishinkan on Kaido. This is the only way to satisfy both. I already did a thread on this.

To elaborate since some of you have not seen my thread.

Whenever Zoro uses Daishinkan, the enemy sees their death/imminent future.

This would satisfy both because, Zoro will show Kaido his death through sheer presence, threat and fear. Meaning ZKKC would be satisfied that Oda showed Zoro could kill Kaido and that Kaido succumbed to Zoro's sheer will and presence.

And this would satisfy anti-ZKKC because Kaido would not really die, only be shown his death.
