@Rootbeer explain to us with your oh so infinite wisdom on Haki, why this attack (Leopard Spinning Balls) was not AdvCoC coated, but the one after it immediately was AdvCoC coated (1080 Phoenix Cannon) without pointing out the obvious lightning sparks and "ZAP" sfx?

Sure i can try.. Essentially its because CoC and a flying slash are both projection so they have affinity for one another..
If you have CoC and you put serious intent in creating a Flying slash, CoC will normally manifest itself.. Zoro relied on CoC to manifest 1080 pound canon in a single slash.. That's why Shusui added Haki to Zoro's flying slash when he first tried in Thriller Bark and it swallowed the other slashes..

I don't know how he activated CoC coating though..
KoH would have required the Black Lightning to be on the Blades before unleashing the attack..
