In the beginning of Dressrosa people wanted for Luffy to only defeat Diamanté and then retreat because according to stupid fandom Doffy was too much for him 
but Oda made Luffy win regardless of weather or not you wanted him to, same with Katakuri and Kaido. the L will come to everyone weather you like it or not so stop having expectations

Idk how those people are, I never heard of anyone saying such bullshit. Me and the fandom feeling about Luffy post-timeskip is that he was already Admiral Level. Specially when he was fighting Fujitora base form. This was only debunked at WCI.
WCI Oda made Luffy dirty. He needed Nami and Plot Armor to beat Cracker and a lot of plot armor and still lost to Katakuri. But he thinks like he won.

Those panels on their own are all pretty good (the Katakuri one is excellent in my opinion) and even within the context of the arcs the worst of them are still pretty decent. Wano disappointed in a lot of ways but I don't think everything was awful. I've been waiting for Luffy to fold Kaido and he has after a long strenuous and tough battle. Obviously not as tough as some people expected but I enjoyed aspects of Luffy vs Kaido (and I was underwhelmed by other aspects of the fight).
Exactly expecting anything other than a big W for Luffy is unrealistic
Lots of fans were expecting Luffy would lose to Doffy in Dressrosa which was unrealistic, also people were expecting Luffy to not defeat Katakuri and only to escape at the end and now with Kaido it’s the same. You guys just never learn
