Lucci even if it is more likely for him to be an enemy again.
Kata for sure if he actually reappears again. Anyway he is the one with most chances, even if not many they are still more than pre skip villains or people like Doffy (who are too evil to actually be an ally).

I agree with Doffy being an evil villain that even if he joins fight with luffy, it would be of purely self-interest than value alignment.
Kata on the other hand, can actually be Luffy's ally for good (assuming BM's hatred is a non-factor).

No one saying about East Blue? Buggy already was. Arlong for sure because of Jinbei and Fishmen Island thing also all the plot Luffy will have with fishmen race. I would believe in Gin return from Krieg's crew, not sure if he will still be Krieg's crewmate. Maybe Kuro? He was looking at Luffy's feats not sure if it was cannon from manga.
For sure, if Buggy already team up with Luffy then Alvida can do the same.

Of course, but circumstances might force it like it already occurred in the past. However it's too soon to properly figure what his role shall prove I guess. I'm anxious to find it out.

I can definitely see him do so after yet another crew mate of his got killed. All Moria really wanted was to defeat Kaido anyway, so I get the feeling he’d ally against Blackbeard as well.

Also he is fully unaware of what happens in the blue seas, the wg, void century, poneglyphs etc.
So at this point we can't say what he would think about any of these and whey group he'd side with
