What's the peak of each form of haki and what can it do?
Observation, armament, and conquerors

How far is luffy in each category?

CoC - A Haki form like Ashura
CoA - Black blade
CoC - Permanent CoO like Hawk Eyes or Mastered Breath of all things

Haki is most synonymous with Zoro so he will he have peak of all three types of Haki

Luffys CoO might be on same level as Zoro EoS but his CoC and CoA will definitely be below

Peak CoO= prophetic future sight
Peak CoA= black blade
Peak CoC= reality bending

This but there has to be an equivalent for brawlers in CoA, probably internal destruction or something above?

Peak CoA is internal destruction ability. There's nothing beyond that. Peak CoO is probably FS or at best you can see way far ahead in the future or country level sensing. Peak CoC is probably sky-splitting or some sort of dimension/reality warp ability.
