Powers & Abilities People are "drawn" to Luffy because of CoC

It seems like there is a certain amount of people who thinks that Luffy's ability to attract people (into liking him/fond of him/become his allies/etc) are Luffy's innate or unique ability. It is not.

This isn't specific only to Luffy, but the charm exists in all people born with CoC.

This is proven by Ivankov's statement in Marineford.

For example, we could infer from Doffy's flashback. People are following him because of his Kingly ambition.

I feel like doffys was a little different. Diamante, pica, and trebol saw him use haki and then chose to follow him because they knew he was special because of it.

No Luffy has something special above all others.

It is not limited to just CoC, there are CoC users who are not drawing people to them like Luffy, example Yamato, Zoro etc. For Luffy there is something else, something extra on top of CoC that lets him draw people to him like no other. Mihawk already hinted towards it. The thing in manga terms can be his mythical DF or the child of destiny thing.
