There is literally no panel of Ryuma shown to use CoC. He simply doesn't have it.

There simply aren't enough panels of Ryuma altogether, it's impossible to use his paneltime for any sort of analysis. Living Ryuma only appears in Monsters, written long before Haki crossed Oda's mind.
