Got 1 shot is not the same as at 1 HP. Were Killer, Hajrudin, pacifista at 1 HP because they got 1 shot?

Do you have any proof that Sulong Neko used his strongest attack when he was fighting Perospero? It was sulong Neko strongest attack that took down Perospero. If there's no proof then it's logical how sulong Neko cannot land 1 hit on Perospero before the moon was covered.

Unless you have a statement from Perospero himself about 1 blow away from dying (just like Jack) then Perospero at 1 HP is headcannon.

He's Jack equal definitely because he far outperformed Jack in defensive battle (vs sulong dukes) while Jack is better at taking down multiple enemies (vs sulong minks). They excel at different areas.

If oda wanted to make Perospero weaker, just have Perospero 1 blow away from dying just like Jack.
