Theory Peter Pan in Crocodile's backstory

#1
Warlords Doflamingo and Hancock are inspired by the real-world stories of Don Quixote and Medusa, and have relatives who are also based on characters from their real-world inspirations: Doflamingo's brother being named after Don Quixote's horse and Marigold and Sandersonia being based on Medusa's sisters Stheno and Euryale.

I think it's possible that Crocodile, being based on Captain Hook and the crocodile from Peter Pan, could have a Peter Pan figure in his own backstory if he ever gets one. Peter is Hook's archnemesis, having cut off Hook's hand, so perhaps a Peter-like character in Crocodile's past would have betrayed him and is the one responsible for Crocodile's refusal to trust people.

My headcanon is that Crocodile found the Mane Mane no mi nearby Wano, and tried to eat it, but Whitebeard cutted off his hand first, so Crocodile would not be able to return to his original face and had to give the Mane Mane to Bon Clay, instead. For this reason, he has an immense grief against the best yonkou.
