Navigator : not need just blow the island up if is not one piece find and destroy and destroy sea kings. But in case a cheap navigtor would do.

Captain/Navigator - Nami/Noland - Captains are expected to take a good decisions on sea. And have to have good navigation skills too.
First Mate - Katakuri/PerosPero(They are great as the support I would say, peros is very reliable)
Cook - Anyone but Lanji(will add pudding I guess)
Doctor - don't really care as much. Can be chopper or law or Kureha or whatever.
shipwright - Franky
archelogy/other intellectuals for solving mysteries - Robin/Nami/Noland(only have skypeia as an example), sadly oda never gave any importance to characters solving problems.
MontDor/Pudding - ability is good for adventure and logging it.
Don't really need anyone else.
Fighters if we need - Zoro, Yamato(in a universe where there is no oden), add some BMPs with good abilities I guess.

And I'd like to add Princess Viola to my crew of CoO-members, forgot all about her. She will take custody of all things dance, food, wine and song so Shyarly can focus on underwater projects + double Hawkins on the fortune telling/long time predictions.
