I think they were pretty durable yeah

Also they know the fundaments of advanced haki, which is why I don't get how Luffy was even managing to deal with them so efficiently

They must have really sucked in all other stats lol

Fujitora and Corazon ( and Kyros ) -> among the more kind hearted characters

Amande, Robin, Smoothie, Koala, Hiyori -> Pretty girls ( and not annoying ) + Koala wasn't lucky in her life so I would like to give her a position where she would be happy.
