Yeah those are free. The characters just need to win. There's one each year and the previous year we had a VIP one too. So Sanji won the regular one and Mihawk the VIP one and they got theirs.

I think it is so Odd that none of the leaders of the worst gen are supernaturally tall, yet like every powerful member of the old gen is.
