If Pizarro has the island island fruit, then his powers shouldn't be limited to just the stone or the wood of the island. He should have access to the interiors of the island as well.
Meaning he should be able to control magma, since that is part of an island.
Obviously, he can't do this haphazardly as that would destroy the island. However I think it is very likely that Oda will include this power as part of Pizarro's moveset in order to separate him from Pica, who has a similar DF.
His fight will either be against Sanji or Jinbe. Magma vs Fire or magma vs water.
