This is fair but personally I think even the weakling trio of the strawhats would meet that strength level strictly by being notable fighters in their own right. Like chopper for example, he's not losing to some random no named character.
He does. The best example I can think of off the top of my head is the marine that tried to flee during Marineford. If that dude had made it off the battlefield, he would have never looked back. Usopp might initially flee, probably even has on occasion but the thing about Usopp is that he's gonna come back. He's gonna face that fear and overcome it. Can't really say the same about random fodder.
