From forming alliance with Law on PH to take down Kaido leading to Dressrosa which was still about Kaido........and end of Dressrosa showing sudden entrance of Kaido on Kidd island resulting in Kid's imprisonment in Wano...
All leads to the 3 SN vs Kaido...
The whole Big mom situation and coming to Wano just feels force...
That's also leads to poor execution of her and butchered many plot, scaling and logic
The results of wanting to speed up your series due to personal issues leading to writing the story in the corner which results in underwhelming ending
Oda's having back problems is sad thing!! Can't criticized him wanting to rush the story......
But i mean why creating many side character?? With each having some kind of story in them which doesn't seems original story either that we've already seen countless times in previous arcs. This milk the chapter and takes too much space and time .....
Just stick to the major character and focus on them and stick to your original plan. That's it...
