Kind of sprung from a bunch of posts I've made of the last 6 months but I truly think that what was leaked at the Reverie was Pluton's location. Going back to some earlier chapters, particularly Chapter 823, Cobra intended on asking the Gorosei about the Poneglyph in Alabasta:
Chapter 908, we know that Cobra requested said meeting to the Gorosei. The Gorosei are not pleased in this moment:
Finally, Chapter 956, while we know Fujitora requested both Alabasta and Dressrosa present their cases for the Shichibukai Abolition, we do not know what happened afterwards.
So as you can see, Cobra wanted to ask the Gorosei about his specific Poneglpyh, which contained Pluton's location, and and about his lineage. After this, we know an incident happened with Alabasta. From this, many of us have inferred that Cobra possibly died and Vivi possibly was either captured or is missing/escaped from said capture. Im clearly wants her for something (also seen in Chapter 908), but to that extent we do not know yet.
So then, what are the Marines so busy with that they cannot lend manpower to Wano (I guess aside from Sword)? Why is Doflamingo so entertained by what he is reading (its clearly not the shichibukai abolition, he was pissed at Fujitora for suggesting it in Dressrosa)? What is Blackbeard claiming "Instead of letting IT get in the hands of the marines, I'd much rather claim it for myself"?
All in all, I think without a shadow of a doubt, Pluton's location was leaked in some way. I'm not sure if it was some last ditch effort by Cobra, or the thing Wapol leaked to Morgans, but news of it got out, and now the World is about to go crazy over it. Your average citizen does not know about "Pluton", so this is why the Shichibukai news was the biggest. As for the Sabo news, I'm still unsure (either a fake Death or he was framed for trying to kill Vivi).
I'm sure this is what segues us to the beginning of OP's Final War, eventually. More than just Blackbeard or the Marines will be fighting over this weapon. The Underworld may take part, and possibly other silver medalists or even the Level 6 escapees still at large could be pining after it.
