Since I saw players guessing who would pick Eevee, I checked to see my top scum reads iso again and these are the posts I found from Luka where he talks about Eevee. Looks like to me Eevee is Luka's favorite he is saying in the first quote and in the second quote he wishes he has a scum team of Eevee.
These quotes were from day 1 and Flower said Jellicent >>>your fave which is the Pokemon she claimed and Luka quoted back to Flower and said eevee >>>your fav.
