This is such a stupid take. I hate to self analyze but if me and RN were mates I would of thrown him to the wolves immediately rather then give benefit of the doubt to a player that’s poisoned and is either going to die or be outed anyways.
In that world that Reloaded is being framed (which I’m going to say is highly unlikely) wouldn’t Pot also probably be scum based off YOUR pov that they don’t have equity and are voting each other currently?
And if not a frame job why can’t Reloaded be scum getting saved and RN ALSO be scum who threw himself in there because we think he will die anyways based off your own world view? Just considering every option here as you are.
I think it’s possible one way or the other, Pot had him as a throw away town lean that he tossed into names that included actual strong leaning players but then claims he just hadn’t caught up on all the mechanical information yet so I’ll never say never.

I don’t really know what to say to that prior to even getting a Red Night flip lmao. Nobody else has really addressed the whole poison thing out right but there’s still plenty of votes piling on Pot and not Red Night. So in a scum world I’d start to look at players more subtly going in different directions. I wouldn’t do something to outright expose any connection with me and a would be mate whose fate would be quite literally inevitable.
I don’t think they have scum equity but they could still both be town. If Reloaded is town Pot doesn’t have to be the scum.
Also Reloaded can be scum and Red Night too. I accounted for that when I said Reloaded scum = you town (and therefor Ross RN equity comment).
I don’t think Reloaded makes a partner his main push at the start is my hang up. From what I know of him he doesn’t like to bus and I remember having to yell at him to be more forceful scum reading me when we were scum together bc he didn’t went to lol

Or even really taking into account individual meta’s. For example, players that play with me frequently on OLF where I’ve dominated them as scum know I like to bus and I’m always super concerned about how I could come across/wont do anything that blatantly ties me to scum.
I don’t like to talk about myself an get into WIFOM territory to defend so enough of that lmao but also in a RN scum world not a single other person has come out and blatantly gave some type of “defense” if you want to call it that. I’ve already said if you want to play it safest and not shoot a free shot on someone else apart from the guaranteed dead person then by all means. But if this was some big brain play from scum to save their mate as you suggest I would expect more vocal pushback from someone other than just one.
If anything I’m just loud and will be proven wrong and I think in that universe other players are just using that in their favor to subtly pile votes on Pot’s direction without vocalizing their opinion. I’ll give you that.
