ekko didnt even have me as scum-scum but rather someone who he thinks was being an "intentionally detrimental townie"
which is false as i wasnt even doing anything

I wouldn't say I'm giving him a clear in fact I earlier brought him up in the context of him being scum. But statistically I find it unlikely that in a pool of 5 players scum include more than 1 of their own. Could be some advanced distancing but for now I don't think it bears much weight.
