I hate having to speculate about this, it feels antithetical to mafia sportsmanship to let things like this effect the game

But if Orca shot Ghostface and Ghostface got pissed and called both him and Polar cheaters... its possible that Polar and Ghostface are on the same team and he's accusing Polar of leaking that information to Orca, and in his rage he let that slip to the thread.
