i got to openscum for an entire day in a mash recently

it was a great time

we pulled a page right out of the big media corporations' book

one of my partners got outted so i also outted but i outted more loudly while they came up with a fake claim. it was a great distraction from what really mattered

You never saw it but I used to be the most insane try hard ISO guy in the world. Like, I’m talking full essays on people to read them lol.

Now I’m a husk. (I think I am generally a bit worse maybe on average but I still have my games like this one has been)

it has a community that is still alive but they mostly do turbos

huge inactivity problem in their long games tho i just dont think the kids have the attention spans for it

I started playing mafia on zeldadungeon and neoseeker in like 2012
Their games were a lot less active as well so I was really blindsided the first time I saw Flower reach 1000 posts before day 1 ended

when i first started playing mafia i was averaging probably 50 posts per day bc i would ignore everyone and just post reads list after reads list and try to makee my posts as concise as possible by making sure i was carefully picking my words to try to capture exactly what i wanted to convey in as little as possible

when i came back after years of not playing mafia (i think i returned in like 2017 or 2020) some ppl recognized me and wondered where the good player they remembered went
