Give it some time to recharge batteries and I think you're good to go.
Maybe we’ll see lol. I already recharge months in between and even then I get in a game like this and have major second thoughts that I’d messed up lol.

If I knew how to play in more reasonable doses it would be fine. But it wears on me mentally (and physically) when I get sucked in this hard for weeks at a time lol
 
i need to get a water bottle off of amazon and use it daily and take it with me everywhere to build a habit of hydrating tbh
It’s actually an effective way to get into a habit of drinking water. It’s something I’ve done in serious preparation for sports.

Like the reason people (ie me) don’t drink enough sometimes is simply bc you don’t think about it/it’s not immediately available. If it’s just causally on hand you probably will

yeah that's my thought process with that

i used to have one but i have no clue where it went, sadly

i feel getting one with time markers would have maximum efficiency to avoid overcorrecting, what do you think?

i also am gonna try flavor packages to find flavors i like so im not constantly relying on sparkling water

You really only need time markers if the idea of them is motivating. (Like the idea that it’s even more legit and productive to have them)

You’re not gonna over correct and drink too much water unless you’re making yourself miserable and just force drinking it beyond limits lol.

And yeah flavors can help to mix in too. I have a bunch of packs but I’m too lazy to open them when I drink water so I drink it pure lol. (I hate sparkling water)
