We should do a Random Battles tournament next time. Why?

The format takes teambuilding out of the equation, giving everyone a truly level playing field by assigning each participant a team. It forces players to think more strategically, making the most of the Pokémon they’ve been given against whatever the opponent has. The matches often become extremely unpredictable, with the results speak more to a player’s actual skill level and in-game critical thinking rather than just winning because they prepared a stronger team beforehand.
